A palm bracket - Key Clamp 145 non structural offset side palm base fixing for fixing guard railing to walls, steps, ramps, etc. If a structural fitting is needed then please see the Side palm bracket - Key clamp 146. The tube is unable to pass through this fitting as it has a stop in the bottom of the fitting to support it.
