A wall plate - Key clamp 131 fitting with 4 countersunk holes. The wall plate - Key clamp 131 fitting is ideal as a flange to terminate handrail to a wall or other similar application. You can only use the wall plate - Key clamp 131 fitting on structures where it is only required as a positional fixing. If you require a fitting to fix a handrail to the ground, then a Base plate - Key clamp 132 fitting can be used.
